Do you want a central role in a growing business where you get to create structure, drive processes, and be the link between different functions? We are now looking for an Administrator for Aleo Omsorg, a key role for you who enjoy responsibility, coordination, and having many points of contact.

About the role

As an Administrator, you will become a central function in the operations and act as a spider in the web between authorities, management, and staff. You will work closely with the unit manager and other support functions and play an important role in ensuring that decisions are followed up and that measures are carried out according to plan.

The role involves broad responsibility with many points of contact, where you coordinate, follow up, and drive the work forward. You are responsible for our units in Österåker and Oxelösund, which requires structure, clear communication, and good prioritization skills.

Tasks – What will you do?

Your tasks as an Administrator include, among other things:

  • Coordination & information flow – receive, structure, and distribute information to relevant parties in the organization

  • Authority contact & collaboration – serve as the contact person towards the municipality, care managers, and other external actors

  • Follow-up of decisions – ensure that approved measures are planned, implemented, and followed up correctly

  • Customer and operations follow-up – follow up on quality, measures, and documentation

  • Support to operations – relieve the unit manager and support staff in administrative and coordinating matters

  • Development of routines & ways of working – contribute to creating structure, efficiency, and improvement in the operations

  • Documentation – work continuously with documentation according to current requirements and guidelines

Who are you?

  • Flexible & collaborative – you enjoy many points of contact and collaborations

Qualifications:

  • Experience from the healthcare and social care sector

  • Experience of coordination, administration, or similar role

  • Qualified as a nurse assistant or equivalent

  • Good computer skills and experience of documentation

  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing

  • Meritorious with experience of LifeCare & Treserva

Employment and working hours

Employment: Monday-Friday Working hours: 08:00-16:45 Employment type: Full-time (100%) | Permanent employment with a six-month probation period, start date according to agreement, but preferably immediate. Workplace: Täby
